"A 43-year-old Holland man, Kelly John Paris, is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in his home, and videotaping it. Also charged with rape are Paris' 19-year-old son, Jordan Paris, and 19-year-old Sage Lewis of Chicago. Court records say the alleged assault occured at Kelly Paris' home at 112 E. 19th Street in Holland on June 29th. The victim, a 17-year-old female, was passed out due to drugs and/or alcohol during the alleged assaults. The three all face first degree criminal sexual conduct charges, punishable by up to life in prison if convicted. Kelly Paris also faces charges of using a computer to commit a crime and child abuse.
