But his summer was interrupted by Pasco County homicide detectives just after 11 o’clock Monday night, charging him with first degree murder. --------------------------------- “It’s been awhile since there has been someone this young charged with such a serious crime,” said Kevin Doll, spokesman for the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
